This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to take further action the complaint based on the petitioner complaint dated on 31.12.2021 register and investigate the matter in accordance with the law. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had sent a complaint to the Commissioner of Police on 31.12.2021, for registering a complaint against the named persons in the complaint and others. Thereafter no action has been taken. Hence he filed the above petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that against the petitioner a FIR in Crime No.1634 of 2021 for offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC came to be registered on the complaint of one Ajith Kumar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, it is seen from the copy of the Accident Register produced by the petitioner stating that on 29.12.2021 at 4.20 a.m. the petitioner had been assaulted and there is no laceration on the left eye-brow. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to receive the complaint along with the Accident Register copy and to make enquiry and to proceed in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 01.02.2022, along with the copy of the complaint and necessary documents. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
