This contempt petition has been filed for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP No.16376 of 2019 dated 26.06.2019.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Coimbatore on 22.07.2019 in R.C.S.No.26 of 2019.
