Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings and to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 27.02.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.6377 of 2022.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings and to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 27.02.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.6377 of 2022, thereby the respondents were directed to grant approval for the selection/special grade for the petitioners with effect from their initial date of appointment as Junior Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and grant monetary benefits forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the orders passed in the aforesaid writ petition, the respondents preferred appeal and obtained order of stay from the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed at 5/8
