Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to recognize him as a tenant in respect of the land in S.No.581/1B of Karimangalam Village belong to the A/m.Kolalamman Temple, Karimangalam, based on his petition dated 07.07.2017.
4. It is seen that the petitioner has made such petition before the first respondent and the said petition is still pending.
5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the petition dated 07.07.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the other interested parties, if any.
