ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to consider the representation-cum-Complaint of the petitioner dated 19.12.2018 in accordance with law and direct the second respondent to return the Eicher Lorry bearing Registration Number TN.18-M-5824 of the petitioner to secure the ends of justice.

2. It is seen that the matter has been posted on several occasions, on few occasions, the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner did not appear before this Court. Further, it is seen that for the last three occasions, the matter was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. It is nothing but registration of complaint dated 19.12.2018, the prayer sought for cannot be considered by this Court. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
