Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that petitioners should report before the respondent police every monday at 10.30 am in crl.op.16539 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.SUBRAMANI, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16539 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16539 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
