ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of false complaint made by one Vaithiyanathan.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. It is brought to the notice of this Court that earlier the very same defacto complainant had filed a complaint before the Selaiyur Police Station for the very same issue and the same was enquired and closed. The anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was withdrawn on the ground that the enquiry has been closed. This fact shall be taken into consideration while conducting the enquiry in the present complaint. If the cause of action in the present complaint is the same, the respondent police shall not enquire the very same issue again and the parties shall be relegated before the competent Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
