ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners. 2.It is seen from the records that there is a money dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent and the third respondent has given a complaint to the respondent police for the purpose of recovery of money. The dispute is purely civil in nature and the respondent police do not have any role to play in this case. The respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry. The respondent police shall relegate the parties to approach the Civil Court to workout their remedy.
