Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for both sides jointly submitted that as against the order of this Court dated 11.01.2019 in WP.No.7957 of 2013, arising out of which is the present contempt petition, the respondents filed a writ appeal in WA.No.286 of 2020, which was disposed of, vide judgement dated 03.09.2020. 2.In view of the aforesaid subsequent development, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
