CRIME NO. 2113/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to totally relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 4 of the order in Crl.MP.No.7605 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.17654 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.XAVIER FELIX, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.7605 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.17654 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.7605 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.17654 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
