The above appeal is listed for hearing today. It is stated by Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel appearing for the appellant that he got information that the appellant had died in June 2016 and therefore the appeal has abated. He is unable to take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased, since the legal heirs of the sole appellant are not responding to his letters.

2. Recording the above, this appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
