JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Sub Court), Krishnagiri made in M.C.O.P.No.209 of 2006 dated 27.10.2006.

2. On 21.06.2023, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 3 that the claimants had already received the amount. Hence, the case is posted today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present before this Court. It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the entire compensation amount has been deposited before the Tribunal and the respondents 1 to 3 had already received the compensation amount. The photocopies of certified copies of the documents filed in I.A.Nos.626 & 628 of 2008 and 213 of 2018 in M.C.O.P.No.209 of 2006 is placed before this Court to that effect. 2/4

4. Such view of the matter, this civil miscellaneous appeal stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
