O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu G.L.Sathyanarayanan, aged about 39 years, to cause production of her husband, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue G.L.Sathyanarayanan, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/wife of the detenue is also present before us. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.On enquiry, the detenu told us that he went away from his residential house on account of loss in business and that he expressed his willingness to go along with his wife/the petitioner herein.
