The writ petition is at the notice of motion stage. Today, the matter has been admitted and respondents seeks time to file counter. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed a petition seeking early hearing.

2. This Court finds no sufficient grounds to advance the hearing since the writ petition is of the year 2025, and the respondents are yet to file their counter affidavit. Entertaining the petition for early hearing at this stage would be premature.
3. Accordingly, W.M.P. No.1054 of 2026 seeking early hearing is dismissed.
