A.No.421 of 2020 and A.No.784 of 2014 P.T.ASHA, J., The above application is filed to modify the order dated 22.07.2019 in A.No.960 of 2019.

2.The applicant would submit that after the seizure of the vehicle, the Advocate Commissioner had handed over the keys to the Sub Court, Koyilandy, Kozhikode, Kerala, however, by an oversight the applicant had stated that the keys were handed over to the District Munsif Court, Koyilandy, Kozhikode, Kerala and this error was carried into the order. The applicant would submit that an error that has crept in the order dated 22.07.2019 in A.No.960 of 2019 has to therefore be modified.

P.T.ASHA, J., mps Sufficient reasons have been given. Hence, this application is ordered and the order dated 22.07.2019 in A.No.960 of 2019 shall be modified as the Sub Court Koyilandy, Kozhikode, Kerala instead of the District Munsif Court, Koyilandy, Kozhikode, Kerala. Issue the corrected order to the parties.
