This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorari Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his Proc. Na. Ka. No.97501/C1/E1/2015, dt 30.3.2015 omitting to include the petitioner's name in the panel and quash the same as far as the petitioners are concerned and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioners in the panel for promotion to the post of High School Headmaster by taking note of the date of his/her appointment in the Feeder category and consequently promote them to the post of B.T. Assistant with effect from the date of promotion given to their juniors with all monetary and service benefits

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash proceedings No.Na. Ka. No.97501/C1/E1/2015, dated March 30, 2015, issued the second respondent. The petitioner also seek a consequential direction to the respondents to include them in the panel for promotion to the post of High School Headmaster, taking into account the date of their appointment in the feeder category. Further, the petitioners seek promotion to the post of B.T.Assistant with effect from the date of promotion given to their juniors, along with all monetary and service benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in a batch of Writ Petitions (W.P.Nos.15475, 15944 and 15999 of 2013, 13958, 13959, 13960, 13961 and 15925 of 2014), this Court had directed the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners from the date of their promotion to the post of Headmaster / Headmistress and extend all consequential benefits, including monetary benefits.

3. The petitioner's grievance regarding inclusion of their names in the promotion panel list has been addressed by the respondents. Since the petitioners have now been included in the panel list for promotion, no further orders are necessary.

4. Recording the submission that the petitioners have been included in the promotion panel list, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The order dated 09.07.2025, made in W.P.Nos.15475, 15944 and 15999 of 2013, 13958, 13959, 13960, 13961 and 15925 of 2014, shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. K.SURENDER, J.
