This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR No.2/2014 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation has been completed in Crime No.2 of 2014 and final report has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry on 19.12.2014, however, the same has not yet been taken on file.
