Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original notice issued by the fifth respondent dated 21.11.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that only a photocopy of the impugned order was served on the petitioners and hence, the petitioners are not in possession of the original impugned order but photocopy of the impugned order what was served on them is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.
