WMP No.1612 of 2026 is ordered subject to the payment of single court fee.

2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 3.The petitioners seek for an early disposal of their appeal dated 15.07.2025 pending on the file of the respondent. 4.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if a direction is issued to the respondent to dispose of the petitioners' appeal dated 15.07.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' appeal.

7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioners' appeal dated 15.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
