Prayer: This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ particularly in the nature of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from putting up public convenience in the vacant area measuring about 750 sq.ft., belonging to the second respondent which is situated between the premises of the petitioner i.e. Door No.102, in Survey No.1 to 7 (Old Survey No.142) in Ward C, Block 14 (Now Ward NO.16), Gudithangi Main Road, Nellikuppam and the Panruti Cuddalore Main Road, without affording an opportunity to the petitioner as the said vacant area is under the maintenance of the petitioner.
