ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28051 of 2024 by an order dated 11.11.2024 passed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28051 of 2024 by an order dated 11.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police every first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
