ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1256/2019/A5 dated 16.05.2019 and direct the first respondent to issue fresh enquiry by the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, upon instructions, has produced a copy of the letter in Na.Ka.No.201/2020/A7 dated 07.10.2020 intimating that the petitioner and his wife's names have already been included in the voter list.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also verified and admitted the same.

4. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
