These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 226 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

2.This second appeal was already dismissed for non prosecution on 24.09.2001 itself. Thereafter, the appellant without filing any petition to restore the appeal, has filed these petitions for the reasons stated above. Therefore, without restoring the second appeal, these petitions cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
