ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that when he was lodged a complaint to the respondent police, the respondent police did not even give CSR. Hence, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint and on such complaint is being given, the same shall be received by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police and CSR shall be given and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
