The present Writ petition has been filed on the grounds that the first respondent Police is interfering with the petitioner's property, based on a complaint given by the second respondent herein.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the second respondent complaint dated 30.12.2017 has been enquired and further action was dropped. The learned Additional Government Pleader also submitted that the first respondent Police has no intention to interfere with the petitioner's property and has no intention to do so in future also.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is also closed. No costs.
