This writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order passed by 1st respondent dated 26.06.2019. 2.
The case of the petitioner is that he was working as a Upgraded Leading Fireman (U.L.F) and a criminal case came to be registered against the petitioner in Crime No.367 of 2019 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Pursuant to the same, the suspension order came to be issued by the 1st respondent on 26.06.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been roped in a false case and that he is being kept under prolonged suspension and therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent, requesting for revocation of suspension order. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 4.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner requesting for revocation of suspension order and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with a copy of this order.
5.
