O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Shargunam, daughter of C.Murugan, aged about 21 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

3.The detenue Shargunam and her husband/ the third respondent herein are present before this Court. The petitioner/father of the detenue is also present before us.

4.On enquiry, the alleged detenue submits that she has been married with the third respondent and now she is in the family way. The petitioner alleges that the third respondent has already been married with some other lady. However, the third respondent has produced an exparte decree for divorce between himself and his first wife. The alleged detenue submitted that there is no illegal detention by the third respondent and that she has married the third respondent who has got already divorce from other lady. The alleged detenue has also expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/the third respondent herein.

5.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue and the third respondent and that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
