ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of the forged sale deed in Document No.6191 of 1994 dated 04.10.1994 registered before the third respondent office and consequently cancel the same and subsequently direct the fifth respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of legal heir of deceased P.V.Narayanan.

Heard Mr.T.N.Rangesh Kanna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent and Mr.M.Baskar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent. 3.
The petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent as against the forged sale deed registered vide Document No.6191 of 1994, dated 04.10.1994, and it is pending. 4.
Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
