Respondent Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to restrain the respondent from taking possession of the petitioner's secured assets under the order dated 02.03.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.151/2020 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore under SARFAESI Act till the disposal of the S.A.No.789/2021 pending on the file of Debt Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore as well as finalization of the petitioner's One Time Settlement (OTS) proposal pending before the respondent bank.
