ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30171 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30171 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
