Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to search and produce Miss.R.Priyadarshini aged about 24 years from illegal custody of the fourth respondent and to set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The alleged detenue R.Priyadarshini, daughter of the fourth respondent herein, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major, aged about 24 years and that she has married the petitioner herein, who is also present in the open Court and she is willing to go along with her husband/petitioner herein.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
