Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the entire records and setaside the order made in M.P.No.808/17 in M.C.No.417/17, dated:22.01.2018 on the file of V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

O R D E R

By Consent of both parties, the revision case is taken up for hearing.

2.This Criminal revision case is directed against the order of interim maintenance.

3.Now, after hearing both the parties, there shall be an order of Interim maintenance of Rs.8000/- per month. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose the maintenance case in M.C.No.417 of 2017 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.Till the disposal of the maintenance case, the petitioner/husband is required to pay interim maintenance as fixed on by this Court at the rate of Rs. 8,000/-per month on or before 7th of every English calender month.

5.Learned Counsel for the first respondent/wife is directed to file a memo stating the Bank Account details to the Family Court. On such memo being filed, the petitioner/husband is directed to remit the amount directly from the Bank Account. 6.With these observations this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
