ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed, alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.No.31556 of 2017, dated 06.12.2017.

Mr.V.Elangovan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Ravi, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that, the claim made by the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent at the level of Additional Office. However, there are certain proceedings, which are taking place at the Head Office. Thus, it appears that, there could be some development in the matter, which may accrue in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed for the present, giving liberty to the petitioner to revive the Contempt Petition or challenge the orders that may be passed, if the petitioner is so aggrieved. No costs.
