ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2018, to sponsor his name for any vacant post in the Government Department, based upon his educational qualification, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the second respondent, in his communication dated 01.12.2014, informed that as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

vacancy arises under the category of Scheduled Caste community, in which, the petitioner belongs, necessary reference will be made. However, till date, no reference was made by the second respondent. Hence, this writ petition.

3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the name of the petitioner will be considered, as and when vacancy arises.

4.Recording the submission so made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
