Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus (i) directing the second respondent to refrain from proceeding with the registration of the unlawful transfer through the pending sale documents on the file of the SRO Joint I (S), alleged to be forged, fraudulent and have been filed by respondents 7 and 8 for execution under undue influence, on strength of the RDO, Coimbatore North irregular order dated 31.12.2024 which attracts contempt of Hon'ble High Court of Madras First Bench orders dated 10.08.2023 and 17.08.2023 in W.A.No.1755 of 2021 in W.P.No.20040 of 2016 against the petitioner's constitutional rights and other rights by violating the established legal processes, till the disposal of the petitioner's Review Application No.48 of 2022 in Second Appeal No.512 of 2017, pending on the file of this Court and (ii) to ensure that the respondents do not unlawfully usurp the petitioner's ownership in survey field No.411/1A2 that 2/6
assigned with TSLR 58/2, its sub-division or his registration rights or his constitutional rights.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent not to register the documents presented for registration by the respondents 7 and 8 touching upon the subject property.
2. Heard Mr.S.Rajendran, Party-in-Person, Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.R.T.L.Chandar, learned counsel appearing for respondents 7 and 8. 3/6

The petitioner, who appeared in person, submitted that the respondents 7 and 8 do not have any right or title over the property and in spite of the same, they are dealing with the property and creating third party rights by executing documents. In view of the same, the petitioner has submitted his objections and based on the same, the second respondent must be directed not to register any documents.

Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that totally three documents were presented for registration and out of those three documents, two documents have already been registered in Document Nos.382 and 383 of 2025. There is one more document that is kept pending as a pending document in P100/2024.
5. In the light of the above development, if the petitioner has any grievance regarding two documents, which have already been registered as document Nos.382 and 383 of 2025, it is left open to the petitioner to independently challenge the same in the manner known to law. Insofar as the 4/6
document, which is yet to be registered, the objection made by the petitioner shall be considered and the second respondent shall take a decision. If the second respondent sustains the objections made by the petitioner, a refusal check slip can be issued. On the other hand, if the second respondent finds that the objection is not sustainable, it is left open to the second respondent to proceed further in accordance with law. Except giving this clarity, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
