2. This Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, viz., Udhayakumar @ Karuppu Udhaya Son of Manokaran aged about 32 years, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu dated 10.12.2019 in detention order No.850/BCDFGISSSV/2019.
3.It is represented by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the husband of the petitioner. 4.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
