This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 25.10.2022 made in W.P.No.14746 of 2021.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and the legal heir certificate has been given to the petitioner. The said position has not been controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in fact, he has produced the legal heir certificate issued by the Thasildar dated 03.11.2022.
