Prayer in W.P. No.32185 of 2013 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of t he Constitution of India praying for a Writ of certiorari calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in GO (D) No.217 Highways and Minor Ports (HL1) Department dt 25.10.2013 and quash the same.

JUDGMENT

(delivered by MRS.PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J., ) The Writ Petition was originally filed by the respondent herein challenging the impugned order passed in G.O (D) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.217, High Ways & Minor Ports (HL1) Department, dated 25.10.2013, imposing the punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of three months without cumulative effect. The Writ Court has allowed the writ petition by quashing the said order of punishment against the respondent.

2.Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Appeal has been filed.

3.The learned Government Pleader would submit that the sole respondent died on 27.05.2021. Therefore, nothing survives in the present appeal for further adjudication. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
