ORDER

The petitioner is an accused in CC.No.549 of 2025 pending on the file of the II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act. The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.11.2024 for the alleged offenceunder Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985inCrime No.54 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the fourth successive bail petition and this Court has thrice dismissed the bail application of the petitioner on merits.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner is raising the same grounds as stated in the earlier bail petitions.

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to re-visit the earlier orders passed by this Court. Hence. this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed . 30-01-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order SMN
