This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 17.06.2014 was enquired into by the police and the same was closed on 07.10.2014 and a copy of the closure report was already served on the petitioner.

4. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has again given a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
