The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1189 of 2024, within the time fixed by this Court.

It is seen from the remarks submitted by the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore in D.No.1370/2026, dated 10.02.2026 the respondents/defendants failed to file their written statement and they were set exparte on 28.08.2025 and 22.10.2025. It is further stated in the remarks that the suit will be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of commencement of trial.

3. In view of the time line requested by the Trial Court, this Court is inclined to dispose of the civil revision petition by directing the Principal District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1189 of 2024, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
