This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to struck off the name of the 4th respondent found in the revenue records of Devakuttapalli Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District with regard to S.Nos.40/2C and 40/31 measuring totally to an extent of 75 cents based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
