This petition has been filed to pass an order of exemption of Court fee for a sum of Rs.9,000/-.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the deceased daughter is one of the bread winner of their family. Due to the sudden demise of the deceased, it is very difficult to lead the family and they are suffering from financial crisis. Hence, they seeks exemption of Court fee.

4. Considering the above submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court directs the petitioners to pay 50% of the Court fee for the present, within a period of two weeks and if the appeal is finally disposed of, the petitioners shall pay the balance Court fee, before getting the order copy of the final order. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
