This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the fourth respondent to apply the benefit of the third respondent's circulars dated 27.03.2020, 17.04.2020 and 23.05.2020 to the petitioner's loan account Nos.462DFR39686207 and 462PROEB460622 maintained with the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
