Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. No.22506/2021 dated 26/11/2021 that the petitioner shall report before the trial court at 10.30 a.m., on all working days until further orders and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJPRABHU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 22506 of 2021, dated 26.11.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.
