CRIME NO.394/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order dated 29.11.2021 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22586 of 2021 on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22586 of 2021, dated 29.11.2021.
