This petition is filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the above revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
