ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondents to produce his wife Indumathi aged about 33 years, before this Court and set her liberty.

2. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court by the respondent Police.

3. When we inquired the detenue, she submits that she is willing to live along with the petitioner in order to take care of her children.
