Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the fifth respondent in relation to the proceedings issued in AG (AE) PEN 18/4/Rtd/2010-11/11803427/CVP dated 05.07.2010 and consequential proceedings issued in PEN 18/1/Pt 464/125/C147787 dated 10.11.2010 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the Accountant General to apply the age factor as 59 for computed value of pension and grant computed value of pension as Rs.1,33,930/- and grant the same with interest after deducting the original computed value of pension paid to the petitioner at the rate of rs.80,981/-.

ORDER
