CR.NO. 614 OF 2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders by this Hon'ble court in Crl.O.P.NO. 27206 of 2017 order on 12.06.2018 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.K.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27206 of 2017 dated 12.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27206 of 2017 dated 12.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., every Saturday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 01/08/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
